Dear Family, Friends, Fans and Alumni of the Lake Placid High School Band: Our marching band students are working very hard this year and are excited to debut their 2024 halftime show entitled "School of Rock!" for the first time at the Homecoming football game on Friday, September 27. We are asking for your help to sponsor our Band this school year. There are four different levels of sponsorship to choose from: Green & White, Gold, Silver and Bronze. (Please see the image below for details). Our Band needs to raise approximately $5,000 by September 21 in order to purchase 70 new uniforms in time for Homecoming. This morning we had an altercation on campus out of precaution we went into lock down status. It was quickly cleared all students safe and are back in class.

🚨 NEW RECORD ALERT 🚨 Congratulations to Jamie Creel who broke the school record against Sebring in the 100 breaststroke last night. Jamie beat her own record of 1:13.89 and got 1:11.73. Not only did beat our schools record she ALSO broke the county's record of 1:13.46. We are so proud of you Jamie! 🏊♀️ 🐉
